Please register at reception which is situated in the House. Your account should be settled on the day of your arrival as soon as you have settled in.

Please always drive down the grass, never uphill. This helps us to keep the grass in good condition.

During peak times please vacate your pitch/log cabin/static caravan by 10.30 a.m. to enable us to prepare for our new arrivals. If you wish to leave after this time please speak to us.

To preserve the grass please use breathable groundsheets when camping.

There is a Pay Phone situated in the Small Conservatory attached to the house.

The Showers, Hair Dryer and Iron take 20p coins only.

The Washing Machine costs £4 per wash and the Tumble Dryer £1 for 40 minutes. Please pay Bob and Kathy at Reception prior to use.

All general waste should be placed in the correct bin situated near to the entrance gate. We recycle as much as possible at Southleigh Manor. Please place your recycling in the other bins as labelled.

The Chemical Toilet Disposal Point is situated by the Toilet/Shower Block. Please do not empty Grey Waste Water here, but at one of the three standpipes.
 
Barbeques are permitted, but please keep them off the grass. If you require something to put one on, please ask at Reception.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated up to 28°C. It is available from 8 a.m. each day. On less sunny days, should the cover be on the pool it can be wound onto the roller. Please replace the cover after use.
No Diving or Jumping in the pool please as it is only 4ft (1.2M) deep. No clothing to be worn in the pool.
Health and Safety Regulations dictate that all children 12 years and under must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst in the pool and pool area.

IN AN EMERGENCY – First take the person out of the water and sound the alarm. Start resuscitation in accordance with the Notices displayed in the pool area. Send someone to find either Bob or Kathy.

The Sauna will be available in the evenings from 7.30 p.m. at a cost of £2.50 per person. If you would like to use it then please tell during the afternoon so that we can put it on. At other times four people of more can book the Sauna at a cost of £10.

The Jacuzzi seats five adults and is operated by a token. It is available daily from 10.30 a.m. – 10.30 p.m. These tokens, which last approximately 15 minutes, are available from the Bar/Reception and cost £3.50. Please do not sit in the Jacuzzi unless you have paid to use it.

Please note that in the Sauna and Jacuzzi children 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
The Bar and Dining area will be open from 7.30p.m. - 11 p.m. nightly.
Breakfast will be served from 9.30 a.m. – 10.30 a.m. Please order by 5 p.m. the day before.
Evening meals will be available from 7.30 p.m. – 9.00 p.m. Please pre-order by 2.00 p.m. on the day whenever possible. Numbers permitting Sunday lunch is available. Please reserve your place by 5 p.m. on Saturday.

We have a non-smoking policy in the Bar and Leisure Area. Our licence does not permit Children to be in the Bar unless they are eating a meal and accompanied by their parents.

Newspapers, Bread and Milk are available to order from Reception. Please order the day before by 5.00 p.m. (Small delivery charge for this service.)
Ice cream is available from the house.

Dogs. We welcome well behaved dogs, but ask that they are kept on a lead at all times beside your pitch, other than when they are being taken for exercise off site. There is a small area by the main gate set aside for dogs to use. Please pick up after your dog.

Southleigh Manor T-shirts and postcards (plus stamps) are available from Reception.

We are Calor Gas Agents and can supply most popular sizes of canisters.

Wi-Fi is available on most areas of the site for a small charge. Access is via a Password. The cost is £5 per 7 days. Part weeks are charged at £1 per day.
